1、推拿治疗高血压(Massagetherapyhypertension)[overview]Ilypertensionisadiseasecharacterizedbysystemiccirculationandelevatedarterialbloodpressure.Clinically,itisgenerallyacceptedthatthesystolicpressure(i.e.,highpressure)isconsistentlyhigherthan18.7kPa(140mmIIg)anddiastolicpressure(i・e.,lowpressure)and
2、exceeds12kPa(90mmHg)duringquietrest,whichishypertension.Highbloodpressureisthemainbasisforhypertension.Systolicbloodpressureincreaseswithage,andcanbeadjustedbymyageand90mmHg,whilethenormaldiastolicpressuredoesnotvarywithage.Clinically,hypertensionisdividedintotwotypes:primaryhypertension(hy
3、pertension)andsecondaryhypertension(symptomatichypertension).Amongthem,themajorityofpatientswithessentialhypertension・卩rimaryhypertensionisduetomentalstrain,orsomestrong,repeated,Iong-termstimulationofthecerebralcortexthatadvancednervefunctionfunctiondisorder,losttosubcorticalvascularcentra
4、lregulation(vasodilation,contraction)ofthenormalregulationfunction,inregulatingvascularformationincentralfixedexcitedkitchen,sympatheticnervetheexcitementisdominant,resultinginextensivesmallarteryspasm,increasedperipheralvascularresistance,bloodpressure・Becauseofarteriospasmwidely,canalsoca
5、usevisceralischemia,especiallyinrenalischemia,andcausedaseriesofmetabolicchanges,thusacceleratingthearteriolarsclerosis,constantbloodpressurefurtherincreased・Itcanbeseenthatinadditiontothecharacteristicsofelevatedarterialbloodpressure,hypertensionisaccompaniedbyvascular,heart,brain,kidney,e
