1、物资出、入库管理办法及审批程序.第一章目的第一条为了加强原料、设备、材料的出入库管理，规范出入库管理程序，保证原料、设备、材料的出入库工作能按规定的要求办理。第二条保证入库的质量及数量能达到合同要求。第三条确保原料、设备、材料能保质保量、及时准确地办理出入库手续,防止不合格产品入库和不合理的领用。第二章原则第四条办理出入库手续必须是合格的，且相关手续齐全。第五条出入库手续的办理必须按规定的程序进行。第三章释义第六条入库：是指经验收后依据合同、发票和验收单办理入库单的过程；第七条出库：是指仓库将原料、设备、材料发给领用
