1、铅负荷与T细胞亚群表达的相关性研究作者：孟庆禾李世光付葵孔庆浩李琳STRONG【摘要】/STRONG目的评估铅负荷儿童T细胞亚群表达以及铅水平与T细胞亚群细胞表达的关系。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对太原市环境污染较严重地区的3~6岁儿童120例进行血铅水平测定及免疫荧光法检测T细胞亚群；根据血铅值将儿童分为0.24umol/L组、0.24Pmol/L~和0.48umol/L〜组,分别为54、40和26例，比较不同血铅水平儿童T细胞亚群阳性细胞比例及血铅水平与T细胞亚群的关系。结果血铅水平M0.24,0.48u
2、mol/L组与0.24umol/L组T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8和B阳性细胞百分比比较，差异无统计学意义；血铅0.48nmol/L〜组CD3、CD4/CD8值低于^0.24,0.48umol/L组，CD8值高于M0.24,0.48umol/L组,差异有统计学意义(P0.ObP0.05);血铅0.48umol/L〜,血铅水平与T细胞亚群CD3、CD4/CD8呈负相关，与CD8呈正相关。结论高铅水平对小儿T细胞亚群表达有不良影响。STRONG【关键词】/STRONG铅负荷;T细胞亚群;相关性【A
