1、·604·口腔医学2014年8月第34卷第8期下颌后牙区颊侧骨皮质厚度及牙槽宽度的CBCT测量分析穆荣荣,张丹,张扬[摘要]目的应用CBCT测量成人下颌后牙区颊侧骨皮质厚度及牙槽宽度,为临床选择适宜微种植体种类及植入部位提供参考。方法从中国医科大学口腔医院影像科资料库中随机选取68例成人患者的CBCT。男36例,女32例;年龄18~31岁,平均22.8岁。分别测量下颌第一前磨牙至第二磨牙近中两牙根间距牙槽嵴顶3、6、9mm处骨皮质厚度及牙槽宽度,并对测量结果进行统计分析。结果下颌后牙区颊侧骨皮质厚度及牙槽宽度,左右两侧无统计学差异,性别间无统计学差异(P>0.05)
2、。在3个测量水平第一磨牙与第二磨牙根间颊侧骨皮质及牙槽宽度均最厚,第一前磨牙与第二前磨牙根间区最薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CBCT三维重建能够对拟植入微种植体部位进行测量分析,充分了解植入部位骨质骨量情况及相关解剖条件。下颌后牙区不同部位颊侧骨皮质厚度及牙槽宽度存在差异,有自殆方向根方,自近中向远中增加的趋势,微种植体植入过程中应考虑这一因素。[关键词]骨皮质厚度;牙槽宽度;微种植体支抗;CBCT[中图分类号]R814.42[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1003-9872(2014)08—0604—04Corticalbonethicknessin
