1、中国当代医药2014年6月第21卷第17期·医学检验·儿童支原体肺炎急性期血清心肌酶谱改变的临床分析伍春蓉孙志豪1．中山大学附属东莞东华医院检验科，广东东莞523110；2．广东省东莞市妇幼保健院检验科，广东东莞523120【摘要】目的探讨儿童支原体肺炎急性期血清心肌酶谱变化及其临床意义。方法选取2012年8月～2013年8月本院诊治的180例支原体肺炎急性期患儿为观察组，以同期40例健康体检儿童作为对照组，分析心肌酶检测结果及其临床意义；并将观察组中122例心肌酶谱异常的患儿根椐临床症状分为轻症组、重症组，分析心肌酶水平变化情况。结果观察组的CK—MB、

2、LDH、CK、Ot—HBDH及AST水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论支原体肺炎急性期患儿存在不同程度的心肌损伤，血清心肌酶CK—MB能特异性反映心肌损伤，并指导进一步治疗。【关键词】儿童；支原体肺炎；急性期；心肌酶【中图分类号】R446．1[文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2014)06(b)一0101—03Clinicalanalys
