2、测蛋白的吸附和释放量,采用Langmuir等温拟合曲线模拟蛋白的吸附行为,通过场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对蛋白吸附前后样品的微观形貌和成分进行了表征.试验结果表明:与平滑铝相比,PAA显著提高了两种蛋白在其表面的吸附能力,且BF的吸附量明显高于BSA,两者的最大吸附量分别达到60.3和38.8g/cm;PAA对两种蛋白的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型;PAA吸附蛋白后的释放行为分为突释和缓释两个阶段,其吸附BSA和BF的最大释放率分别达到55和65.关键词:多孔阳极氧化铝;牛血清蛋白;牛血纤维蛋白;吸附和释
