1、中国现代医生2014年6月第52卷第l6期·临床研究·弹性髓内针固定治疗儿童前臂骨干骨折临床观察万富贵房辉强庄华伟曾荣峰叶明旺广东省连州市人民医院外科二区，广东连州513400【摘要】目的探讨弹性髓内针固定治疗儿童前臂骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2014年2月我院骨科收治的前臂骨干骨折患儿8O例，按随机排测法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组采用传统的皮克氏针、钢板和石膏固定，观察组采用弹性髓内针进行固定，将两组术后患者前臂功能恢复情况和并发症进行分析和比较。结果观察组患者术后有1例(2．5％)出现前臂旋后功能受限，其余患儿患肢功能恢复良好，无并发
