1、4l1..囤处约第:卷第,期·论著·婴儿食物转换期现场实操培训宣教效果评估吴红媛,杨海虹,张筱佼(珠海市妇幼保健院儿保科,广东珠海519000)【摘要】目的评估现场实操培训宣教方法对家长在婴儿食物转换期喂养行为的影响,探讨促进婴儿生长发育的有效营养宣教方法。方法选取1~3月龄婴儿113例,其中干预组54例,采用知识宣讲结合现场实操的方法,对家长进行正确食物引入知识和适宜技术的培训:对照组59例,只做常规保健指导。两组均追踪6~12月龄时食物引入状况及婴儿生长发育情况。结果干预组和对照组家长在给婴儿引入淀粉类
