1、论著China&ForeignMedicalTreatment口—■■固■—篁I‘■西妥昔单抗联合同期顺铂化疗加调强放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效分析郑镇和李绍恩罗伟军佛山市第一人民医院．广东佛山528000【摘要】目的探讨西妥昔单抗联合同期顺铂化疗加调强放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的安全性、疗效及不良反应。方法选取2009年1月一2012年l2月该院收治的40例晚期鼻咽癌患：者作为观察对象，随机分为研究组和对照组。每组各2O例。对照组采用同期顺铂化疗和调强放疗治疗，研究组在对照组基础上添加西妥昔单抗联合治疗。观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果经过

2、7周规范治疗后，研究组治疗总有效率为90．00％，显著优于对照组70．00％，差异有统计学意义(X：=14．27，P<0．05)；研究组骨髓抑制、消化道反应、皮肤干燥、发热、放射性咽喉炎等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组．差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论西妥昔单抗联合同步化疗顺铂方案及三维适形调强放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌，治疗效果优异，不良反应发生率低，患者容易耐受该治疗方案，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】鼻咽癌；西妥昔单抗；顺铂；调强放疗【中图分类号】R730【文献标识码】A[文章编号】1674—0742(2013)12(a)一0003
