1、第44卷第1期淡水渔业2014年1月Vo1.44No.1FreshwaterFisheriesJan.2014·研究简报·泥鳅黏液防生物污损作用研究潘高,刘念,许云,彭俊讲,程钰蓉,郭萍,熊燕飞(武汉理工大学生物科学与技术系,武汉430070)摘要:研究了泥鳅(Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)体表黏液对微生物结构蛋白与多糖的降解作用和对微生物生长的影响。采用考马斯亮蓝法和DNS法检测泥鳅黏液与微生物结构大分子混合作用,及黏液上清液中的可溶性蛋白含量和还原糖量。并将泥鳅黏液分别
2、与酵母菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、汀内船体污损菌FB—a和绿藻混合作用,比较活性黏液和灭活黏液对它们的影响。结果显示,泥鳅黏液对酵母和大肠杆菌的结构蛋白和多糖没有显示出可常规检测到的降解作用;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌以及江内船体污损菌FB—a也没有显示出生长抑制或杀菌作用,两种细菌和FB—a菌株与泥鳅黏液作用后生长正常,甚至生长更旺盛,且菌细胞发生聚集,不易分散;但对遍生绿藻产生明显的生长抑制,与泥鳅粘液作用后,绿藻吸附黏液蛋白成分而发生聚集,贴壁生长明显减弱。关键词:泥鳅(Misgurnu
