1、论经济型酒店员丁•流失的原因及对策分析摘要随着我国改革开放的不断深入，人们的生活水平得到不断捉高，为了满足口益增长的大众住店需求，经济型酒店在短期内快速的发展起来。它主要向客人提供客房产品，服务简约，价格实惠，成为普通工薪阶层和商务人士住店的首选，已成为我国酒店行业的新起Z星。作为劳动密集型行业，经济型酒店需要较多的员T,可以吸收大量的社会劳动力。然而，由于其发展历穆较短，各项人才管理制度尚不完善，加Z激烈的行业竞争，导致现如今的经济型酒店人才流失严重，持续高涨的人才流失率已经给洒店的11常管理工作和经营运作带来相当大的问题，也给酒店的人力资源管理造成了相当大
