2、的增殖、黏附与迁移。在前列腺癌细胞中,LPXN不仅参与整合素信号通路的转导,调控前列腺癌细胞的增殖、黏附与迁移,而且作为一个新的雄激素受体(AR)共激活因子,调节胞核内AR效应基因的转录、AR信号的转导,以及前列腺癌细胞的分化与侵袭。本文就LPXN的分子结构、LPXN在前列腺癌转移中的具体作用及相关分子机制进行综述。【关键词】Leupaxin;黏着斑;信号转导;前列腺癌;整合素;雄激素受体;肿瘤转移中图分类号:R737.25文献标志码:A文章编号:1009-3591(2013)06-0555-04*Molecularmechanismsofleupaxininvolvedinprostat
