2、系统记录加药前、加药后30和2min,4min,6min的心收缩力和心率，并进行比较分析。结果黄精低浓度和高浓度组加药后2min,4min,6min心收缩力均明显低于正常对照组(P<0．01)，2min心收缩力明显低于30s心收缩力(P<0．01)，而各时间段的心率与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论黄精具有降低离体蛙心收缩力作用，但对心率无明显影响。【关键词】黄精；离体蛙心；心收缩力；心率；不同时间中图分类号：R932；R961文献标识码：ADOI：10．3969／j．issn．1003—1383．2014．04．016Efectofpol
