1、研究报告余友玲等:大豆种子活力及其与L0X活性相关性的研究大豆种子活力及其与LOX活性相关性的研究余友玲,张文明,郑文寅,姚大年,朱军(安徽农业大学农学院,安徽合肥230036)摘要:选用138个大豆品种(系)为试验材料,采用幼苗生长测定、电导率测定和田间出苗率测定这3种方法测定种子活力,采用分光光度法测定种子LOX活性,并进行各指标间相关分析。结果表明:大豆品种(系)问种子活力及LOX活性存在明显差异,幼苗生长测定的发芽势、胚根长度、鲜重、干重以及简化活力指数均与田间出苗率呈显著或极显著正相关,浸泡液电导率与田间出苗
2、率呈极显著负相关,LOX活性与发芽势、发芽率、胚根长度及绝对电导率均呈极显著正相关,但LOX活性与田间出苗率及其他指标均无相关性。结果表明,幼苗生长测定和电导率测定均可作为大豆种子活力测定的适宜方法,初步认为大豆种子活力与LOX活性间的相关性无明显规律可循。关键词:大豆;种子活力;LOX活性;相关性中图分类号:S565.1文献标志码:A文章编号:1001—4705(2013)04-0009-04StudyonSeedVigorofSoybeanandtheCorrelationBetweenSeedVigorandAc
