1、:!:旦!△』QQ垦丛垦垦曼!卫QNDDISASTERMEDICINEOctober2012.Vo1.7.N。10·论著·大豆苷元对异丙肾上腺素所致心肌肥厚的保护作用钟星明李良东黄志华曾靖【摘要】目的建立异丙肾上腺素(Iso)诱导的大鼠心肌肥厚模型,观察大豆苷元(DD)对大鼠心肌肥厚时抗氧化功能的影响。方法健康雄性sD大鼠随机分为5组:对照组、心肌肥厚模型组、溶剂对照组、低剂量0.1mo1.kg-及高剂量0.3mo1.kDD组。各组分别背部皮下注射同体积Ns或异丙肾上腺素lmg.kg--,每日一次,连续1Od,建立心肌肥厚模型。连续皮下给药14d。通过测定全心重量
