2、lwasestablishedbyligatingthebranchofleftanteriordescendingcoronaryarteryforadurativecourseof120min.Thirtytwomaleratswererandomlydividedinto4groups:shamoperationgroup,modelgroup,highdose(mg/kg)DaidzeingroupandlowdoseDaidzeingroup.ThetwoDaidzeingroupswereinjecte
3、dwithDaidzeinoflmL/10OgthroughsublinguaIveinlOminbeforeischemiainjuryandsalinewasgiveninshamoperationgroupandmodelgroup.TheleadIIECGwasrecordedbeforemyocardialischemiainjury,15minafterischemiaand30,60,90andl20minafterinjectionwithDaidzein.TheZSTofleadIIECGatea
4、chmomentmentionedabovewasanalyzedandtheJpointandTwaardialischemiamodeluatetheprotectiveheactivityofcreatinephosphokinase(CKgenase(LDH)inserumndialdehyde(MDA)anse(SOD)inmyocardiadtoevaluatetheprotzein.ThemyocardialuredbyTTCstainingofcardiacmusclecellreofECGinac
5、utemyoclwereobservedtoevaeffectofDaidzein.T)andlactatedehydro,thecontentsofmalodsuperoxidedismutaltissuewereobserveectiveeffectofDaidinfarctsizewasmeassinanother24rats(dividedinto3groups:nmg/kggroup,Daidzeyocardialischemiaiamemethods.RESULTSmodelgroup,Daidzeii
6、nmg/kggroup)withmnjuryinducedbythes:Comparedwiththoseinmodelgroup,theaalinfarctiondeclinreaofacutemyocardied,thevalueofZSTreducedandthemaximumvaluesofJpointandTwareofECGdeclinedinthe2Daidzeingroups.TheactivityofLDHandCKinthe2Daidzeingroupswaslowerthanthatinthe
7、modelgroup.ThecontentofSODwassignificantlyhigherandMDAwasmarkedlylowerintheDaidzeingroupsthanthoseinthemodelgroup.A1lthechangesmentionedaboveshowedsomedosedependenteffect.CONCLUSION:Daidzeinhasobviousprotectiveeffectonmyocardiumagainstischemiainjurycausedbylig
