1、双波长立体点阵激光治疗50例痙疮后遗凹陷瘢痕疗效观察［摘要］目的：评估双波长立体点阵激光治疗痙疮后遗凹陷瘢痕的效果和安全性。方法：以50例痙疮后遗凹陷瘢痕患者为研究对象，采用Cynosure-Affirm双波长（1320nm+l440nm）立体点阵激光修复治疗，1个疗程3〜5次，每次间隔4周。末次治疗后1个月，根据对临床效果的观察和对照片的比较，按照凹陷瘢痕改善程度，分别评定为"无效、轻度改善、中度改善、显著改善”四级。有效率以轻度改善+中度改善+显著改善计，满意率以中度改善+显著改善计，同时观察有无色素沉着、色素减退和瘢痕增生等并发症。结果：接受3〜5个疗程治疗
2、的患者分别有9例、17例和24例，50例患者均有疗效，其中轻度改善13例（26%）,中度改善26例（52%）,显著改善11例（22%）,有效率为100%,满意率为74%；无1例出现色素沉着、色素减退和瘢痕增生等并发症。结论：双波长立体点阵激光是一种目前治疗痙疮后遗凹陷瘢痕安全而有效的治疗方法。［关键词］双波长立体点阵激光；瘗疮；凹陷瘢痕［中图分类号JR454.2［文献标识码］A［文章编号11008-6455（2011）03-0445-03Observationofthetherapeuticeffectfor50patientswithsecondumdepres
