3、y/approach—Reviewsoftheliteraturerelatingtotheeffectsofcreativeabilityonemployabilityarepresentedtoprovidethebasisfortheresearchhypotheses.Wesurveyedasampleof132undergraduatestudentsfromuniversitiesinsouthofChina,awiderangeofmajors,regardingtheircreativeability,careerself-managementande
4、mployability.Variablesweremeasuredbysubjectiveandself-describedquestionnaires.Regressionanalyses,correlateanalys-esandsoonwereusedtotestthehypotheses.Findings-Theresultsshowedthat:1)Creativeabili-typredictedcareerself-management;2)Careerself-managementwaspositivelyrelatedtoemployability
5、.Practicalimplications—Knowledgeoftheantecedentstoemployabilityshouldprovidecertainadvantagesuniversitiesattemptingtodesigncourseandteachstudents.Thefindingshaveimplicationsforundergraduatestudentseducationprogrammes,especiallycreativethinkingcourse.Originality/value—Thispapermakesavalu
