1、浅析我国企业对外直接投资的产业选择摘要目前，我国企业对外直接投资的产业结构不尽合理，表现在：直接投资过分偏重初级产品产业的投资，对高新技术产业的投资严重偏小；主要以资源开发行业和初级加工制造业为主，缺乏日益成为国际经济主流的技术密集型产业和服务业的投资，而忽视对国内连锁效应强的产业投资；从事商品流通的贸易企业偏多，而生产性企业和金融服务性企业偏少。由于我国企业述处于对外直接投资的起步阶段，而且面临着借助对外投资来促进产业结构调整的任务，必须优势型对外直接投资是现阶段发展的重点。产业选择是对外直接投资的一个基本课题。进行产业选择不仅有利于重塑国际分工格局，而且有利于促进产业结构的调整和升
