1、现代临床护理(ModemClinicalNu~ing)2010．9(9)15心理及生活技能训练干预对老年精神分裂症患者康复的影响肖凤新，李伟丽，刘惠卿，黄群明(惠州市第二人民医院，广东惠州，516001)[摘要]目的探讨心理及生活技能训练干预对老年精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法对67例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组34例和对照组33例，对照组应用药物治疗和精神科常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上应用心理及生活技能训练干预。采用简明精神病评定量表(briefpsychiatricratingscale，BPRS)和社会功能残疾评定量表(disabil

2、ityassessmentschedule，DAS)评价两组患者精神状况改善程度及社会功能恢复情况。结果干预后第12w，两组患者BPRS评分比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0．001)．干预组患者BPRS得分明显低于对照组；干预后第4w，第8w与第12w，两组患者DAS评分比较，差异具有统计学意义(均P≤0．05)，干预组患者DAS得分明显低于对照组。结论心理及生活技能训练干预可有效地缓解老年精神分裂症患者的精神病症状和促进其社会功能的康复．值得临床推广应用。[关键词]精神分裂症；老年患者；精神病评定量表；社会功能残疾量表；心理干预；生活技能训
