1、叉型转动轴机加工艺规程及工装设计摘要：轴类零件因其本身的许多特点，在各种机械、车辆、飞机上被广泛使用。随着机械工业的迅速发展，大部分轴套类零件为了达到某种要求，都需要进行加工，而且是高精度、高质量的加工。本次毕业设计的内容是SU-27（J11B）的某叉型转动轴工艺规程及工装设计。本次设计主要内容由工艺规程说明和夹具设计两部分组成。工艺规程说明部分主要内容包括零件的结构分析；主要表面的加工方法及表面质量和尺寸精度的保证方法；热处理工序和辅助工序之间的安排；钛的特点及其切削加工性等。夹具部分分别对工序65的铣
2、夹和工序155-160的车夹着两个专用夹具进行了分析和讨论。主要包括定位、夹紧方案的选择，定位元件的分析以及误差计算等内容。为了减少机械振动，提高传递的精度和效率，许多轴类零件都要在工作过程中进行润滑。所以要在轴中加工深孔以通润滑油，这是一种非常有效而方便的方法。轴类零件的制造精度一定程度上放映了一个够家装备制造业的发展水平，高精度的轴类零件的使用会越来越广泛。关键词：轴类零件制造精度工艺规程夹具Thetechnologicalprocessandtheclampsdesignoftheforktypea
