2、)摘要:选取8个含铁量较高的优质水稻品种,在大田条件下采用裂区设计研究叶面喷施新型氨基酸铁肥[Fe(Ⅱ)一AA]对不同品种水稻精米铁含量及其营养品质的影响.结果表明:叶面喷施Fe(Ⅱ)一AA对不同品种水稻精米铁含量增效显著,8个品种水稻精米总体平均铁含量达3.99mg.,比对照喷清水显著提高了19.46;叶面喷施Fe(1I)一AA后,精米铁含量最高的是日本晴突变体,达4.97mg.kg~,比对照显著提高了34.62;此外,叶面喷施Fe(Ⅱ)一AA能显著增加精米中蛋白质含量、赖氨酸等必须氨基酸含量和15种氨基酸总量因此,叶面喷施Fe(Ⅱ)一AA可以成为生产实际中提高稻米铁含量和营养品质的经济、
