2、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为86．54％，对照组患者的总有效率为75．0¨O，两组间差异有显著性(P0．05)；治疗后8周，治疗组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组，HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(均P<0．05)；治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为5．77，显著低于对照组的不良反应发生率(11．54，P
