3、ulationsofthecontractexceptthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancecompanyortheownersofthevesselareliable.TheBuyersshall,havetherightonthestrengthoftheinspectioncertificateissuedbytheC.C.I.CandtherelativedocumentstoclaimforcompensationtotheSellers.(13)ForceMajeure:Thesellersshallnotb

4、eheldresponsibleforthedelayinshipmentornon-deli-veryofthegoodsduetoForceMajeure,whichmightoccurduringtheprocessofmanufacturingorinthecourseofloadingortransit.ThesellersshalladvisetheBuyersimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedabovethewithinfourteendaysthereafter.TheSellersshall

5、sendbyairmailtotheBuyersfortheiracceptancecertificateoftheaccident.UndersuchcircumstancestheSellers,however,arestillundertheobligationtotakeallnecessarymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.(14）Arbitration:AlldisputesinconnectionwiththeexecutionofthisContractshallbesettledfr

6、iendlythroughnegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereached,thecasethenmaybesubmittedforarbitrationtotheArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeinaccordancewiththeProvisionalRulesofProcedurepromulgatedbythesaidArbitrationCommission.TheArbitration

7、committeeshallbefinalandbindinguponbothparties.AndtheArbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparties.
