2、二氯丙醇的单级收率达到94.0%以上,但是HC1也同时全部进入萃取相;通过采用碱性有机化合物三辛胺与正辛醇复配使用,在不降低二氯丙醇收率的同时,可以减少HC1进入萃取相。氯苯和环己烷对二氯丙醇基本没有萃取效果。以二氯乙烷为萃取剂,虽然单级萃取收率比正辛醇低,但是萃取次数增加到7次,在萃取温度40℃、萃取搅拌时间60min、二氯乙烷用量为二氯丙醇盐酸水溶液质量的1.5倍的最佳条件下,二氯丙醇的萃取收率达到94.7%,萃余相中HC1萃余率为95.7%。关键词:二氯丙醇;盐酸水溶液;萃取;二氯乙烷中图分类号:TQ028.3文献标志码:A文章编号:1671—7627(2014)03—0077—0
