2、对芍药切花(品种为春晓)花径、观花期与K、Ca抖、Mg含量的变化。结果表明:GA100mg/L可以使芍药切花最大花径最长,为16.1cm;CCC200mg/L盛花期天数最长,为5.6d;瓶插寿命以PP。。。200mg/L最长,为12.3d。不同植物生长调节剂下芍药切花瓶插期间花瓣的K、Ca抖、Mg抖含量均是先升后降。PP200mg/L处理的芍药切花第7天时K、Mg抖的含量均达到最高,分别为1.69rag/LDW、1.86mg/LDW,在第13天时切花存活且Ca抖含量未显著降低;其他处理中,适宜浓度的GA、青霉素、PP、B。、CCC可有效减缓无机离子K、Ca、Mg含量的降低。PP。。
