2、对芍药切花(品种为春晓)花径、观花期与K、Ca抖、Mg含量的变化。结果表明：GA100mg／L可以使芍药切花最大花径最长，为16．1cm；CCC200mg／L盛花期天数最长，为5．6d；瓶插寿命以PP。。。200mg／L最长，为12．3d。不同植物生长调节剂下芍药切花瓶插期间花瓣的K、Ca抖、Mg抖含量均是先升后降。PP200mg／L处理的芍药切花第7天时K、Mg抖的含量均达到最高，分别为1．69rag／LDW、1．86mg／LDW，在第13天时切花存活且Ca抖含量未显著降低；其他处理中，适宜浓度的GA、青霉素、PP、B。、CCC可有效减缓无机离子K、Ca、Mg含量的降低。PP。。
