1、106．安徽医药AnhuiMedicalandPharmaceutical如urnal2014Jan：18(1)x光碘油子宫输卵管造影和B超下子宫输卵管造影对比分析庞富梅(广西壮族自治区柳州市柳铁中l心医院西环分院放射科，广西柳州545007)摘要：目的比较分析X光碘油子宫输卵管造影(HSG)和B超下子宫输卵管造影(简称声学造影)在输卵管性通畅性诊断中的价值。方法对该院2005年1月2f)11年l2月期间治疗的输卵管性不孕(TFI)患者HSG、声学造影资料进行回顾性分析，其中原发性不孕46例，继发性不孕63例，比较两种方法对输卵

2、管通畅性的诊断结果。结果210条输卵管中，声学造影与HSG检查的总符合率为900％，在诊断通畅、堵塞方面，符合率分别为929％，803％，而在通而不畅的诊断上符合率仅为523％。原发性不孕92条输卵管中，9条输卵管声学造影诊断为通畅，但HSG检查，24h摄片输卵管伞部附近有部分碘油堆集，诊断为通而不畅。继发性不孕118条输卵管中，通畅的符合率为1000％。结论声学造影具有无辐射、简单易行、经济实惠等优点，可作为判断不孕症输卵管通畅性的初筛方法，对诊断梗阻、通而不畅的患者宜行HSG检查确诊。关键词：X光碘油子宫输卵管造影；声学造影
