1、·临床研究中国医药导报2013年12月第10卷第35期CT引导下射频消融术在实体肿瘤治疗中的临床应用金成江苏省盐城市第二人民医院影像科，江苏盐城224003【摘要】目的探讨CT引导下射频消融术(RFA)在实体肿瘤治疗中的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月～2012年12月盐城市第二人民医院收治的2l例实体肿瘤患者的临床资料进行分析，其中，周围型肺癌3例，原发性肝癌13例，肝癌切除术后复发2例，肝癌介入术后复发2例，肝癌介入术后腹膜后转移癌1例，所有患者均给了CT引导下RFA治疗，观察患者术前、术中血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度的变化，临床疗

2、效以及并发症。结果21例患者术中血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度无明显变化，与术前比较，差异尤统计学意义(P>O．05)；总有效率为90．5％；l例出现呕吐，3例局部疼痛，1例术后出现胸腔积液，1例肝周有少量渗，经对症治疗后好转；术后10个月复查CT，15例患者肿瘤完全坏死，4例患者肿瘤部分坏死。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺RFA治疗实体肿瘤是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方法。[关键词】射频消融术；CT；实体肿瘤；肝癌；肺癌[中图分类号]R730．5【文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673—7210(2013)12(b)一0080一O4Clinicala
