1、2013芷临床泌尿外科杂志28卷12期JClinUrology(China)·943··实验研究·SAHA联合顺铂对肾上腺皮质癌SW一13细胞增殖抑制作用的研究-R-欧阳可育胡卫列聂奇伟[摘要]目的:研究SAHA(辛二酰苯胺异羟肟酸)与顺铂联合应用对。肾上腺皮质癌SW一13细胞生长增殖的抑制作用,初步探讨两种药物联合运用于治疗肾上腺皮质癌的可能性。方法:采用wsT-8法检测。肾上腺皮质癌SW一13细胞对单独使用SAHA或顺铂时的剂量反应;检测低剂量的SAHA及顺铂联用对肾上腺皮质癌SW一13细胞的毒性作用;分别在普通光学显微镜及荧光显微镜下对经各种处理的细胞进行凋亡形态学观察
