2、别进行隔药灸、电针治疗，连续治疗14次。治疗后记录大鼠症状体征变化：光镜下观察结肠形态学改变：采用免疫组化观察ITF、IL一8的表达变化。结果溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜ITF表达显著低于正常组(尸<0．O1)，IL8表达明显高于正常组(P
