2、学特性进行了-9.56-8.56-8.44研究。结果表明,其半数鸡胚感染量(EID50)分别是0/0.2mL,10/0.2mL和10/0.2mL,对小白鼠的半-1.56-1.45-1.50数致死量(LD50)分别是10/0.1mL,10/0.1mL和10/0.1mL;它们的血凝素对热不稳定,能凝集1%马、牛、驴、猪、绵羊、鸡、兔、豚鼠、小白鼠及人O型血的红细胞。这为了解河南猪群中流行的流感病毒奠定了基础。关键词:猪流感病毒;分离;鉴定;生物学特性+中图分类号:S432.41文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-7091(2010)04-0107-04Isolation,Identificatio
