2、描时间进行对比分析．结果120例可评价冠状动脉1644节段，可评价率均达到99％．A组扫描时间最短(0．39±0．03)S，较B、C组分别缩短了91．91％、91．28％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，B组与C组间无明显差异(P>0．05)．平均有效剂量A组(0．76±0．06)mSv、B组(2．51±0．61)mSv、C组(6．60±1．32)mSv，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)．结论冠状动脉CTA3种扫描模式均可得到高质量冠状动脉图像，flash模式扫描速度快，辐射剂量极低，适合心率≤6
