1、昆明医科大学学报2014,35(9):91~94CN53—1221/RJournalofKunmingMedicalUniversity新双源CT冠脉造影不同扫描模式的对比研究吴岩,陆琳,张正华,韩丹(昆明医科大学第一附属医院医学影像科,云南昆明650031)[摘要]目的探讨128层双源CT冠状动脉CTA3种扫描模式的临床应用价值.方法120例冠状动脉CTA患者分为3组,每组各40例,A组行flash模式扫描,B组行前瞻性心电触发序列扫描,C组行回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描,对3组的图像质量、辐射剂量、扫
2、描时间进行对比分析.结果120例可评价冠状动脉1644节段,可评价率均达到99%.A组扫描时间最短(0.39±0.03)S,较B、C组分别缩短了91.91%、91.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组间无明显差异(P>0.05).平均有效剂量A组(0.76±0.06)mSv、B组(2.51±0.61)mSv、C组(6.60±1.32)mSv,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论冠状动脉CTA3种扫描模式均可得到高质量冠状动脉图像,flash模式扫描速度快,辐射剂量极低,适合心率≤6
