1、贵州农业科学2014,42(5):61~63GuizhouAgricu[tura[Sciences[文章编号]1001—3601(2014)05—0260—0061-03湿藏与干藏青冈栎种子的生理生化指标含量及发芽率陈彦君,王德炉,葛敏凯,班玲玲(贵州大学林学院,贵州贵阳550025)[摘要]为青冈栎种子的贮藏提供参考,测定了保湿沙藏与自然干藏方法种子中水分、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、粗脂肪、丙二醛含量与发芽势、发芽率随时间的动态变化,分析了生理生化指标与种子发芽率之间的相关性。结果表明,青冈栎种子含水量和可溶性蛋白含量随着贮藏时间的延长逐渐降低,保湿沙藏降幅低于干藏,贮藏90
2、d时,含水量保湿沙藏为42.29,干藏为35.89;可溶性糖、粗脂肪含量和丙二醛含量随贮藏时间延长逐渐增加,保湿沙藏增幅低于干藏,贮藏期结束时,可溶性糖、粗脂肪含量和丙二醛含量保湿沙藏的分别为31.22、7.3和0.61,干藏的分别为37.15、9.6和0.739/6。种子发芽率与含水量呈极显著正相关,与脂肪、丙二醛含量呈显著负相关;保湿沙藏有利于提高青冈栎种子发芽势和发芽率。[关键词]青冈栎;种子;贮藏方式;生理生化[中图分类号]$722.1[文献标识码]APhysiologicalandBiochemicalIndexesofCyclobalanopsisglaucaS
