1、第33卷第3期大豆科学V01.33No.32014征6月S0YBEANSCIENCEJun.2014盆栽条件下水肥调控对大豆生长和产量的影响张立军,孙旭刚,王昌陵,闫春娟,王文斌,宋书宏(辽宁省农业科学院作物研究所,辽宁沈阳110161)摘要:采用重量法在分枝期对盆栽大豆进行水分调控,探讨了不同水分(轻度干旱、适宜、渍害)和施肥(不施肥、施肥)组合处理对大豆生长和产量的影响。结果表明:W2F1处理(适宜水分、施肥)大豆叶面积、根、茎、叶干重均明显高于其他处理;W3F1处理(渍害、施肥)成熟期株高、根瘤个数和根瘤重显著高于其他处理,而单个根瘤重则以
2、W1F0(轻度干旱、不施肥)最高;W2F1处理单株荚数、百粒重及产量均明显高于其他处理,虽然W3F1处理单株粒数最高,但最终产量仍不及W2F1处理,W1FO(轻度干旱、不施肥)处理产量最低。因此,适宜的土壤水分和施肥能够促进大豆生长发育,尽管施肥在一定程度上抑制了根瘤数目,但仍能获得较高产量。分枝期干旱严重抑制了大豆干物质积累和根瘤发育,施肥并不能改善干旱对大豆干物质积累、根瘤发育、产量构成因子造成的损失。分枝期渍害并施肥有利于叶面积、根瘤重、单株粒数的增加,但干物质积累、百粒重及产量均降低。关键词:大豆;水肥调控;根瘤;产量中图分类号:$565
