1、电池工业第19卷第1期。劣n2O14年2月锂离子电池组实时均衡调节方法研究王顺利,李占锋,马有良,夏承成(1.四南科技大学信息I科学院,四川绵阳621010;2.南科技大学创造与l学院,四川绵阳621010)摘要:针对锂离子电池组在作为能源供能应用中的电压均衡调节目标,基于单体及蓄电池组电压买时检测与高电压对低电压单体均衡调节原理,探索了实时均衡调节方法,并基于此设计了一种便携式锂离子蓄电池组实时主动均衡系统。该系统在锂离子蓄电池供能工作中的实时检测单体及蓄电池组电压、电流、温度等参数值,通过EMI滤波后的组
2、压给单体充电的形式,实现了蓄电池组单体间的电压均衡调节,系统最终尺寸为16O×60×105mm,满足便携式需求,与蓄电池组组合应用于AGv小车的供能过程中进行实时均衡调节。实验及现场应用效果表明,该系统实现了9节单体的实时主动均衡,实现在300S以内单体间电压不平衡度低于5%的均衡调节,均衡效率高于80,达到锂离子电池AGv小车供能的较恶劣条件下实时均衡主动式调节的目标。关键词:锂离子;蓄电池组;实时均衡;AGv;主动式调节中图分类号:TM912.9文献标识码:A文章编号:1008—7923(20l4)0l一
