3、rsofbackfillmaterial,controlparametersofbackfillmaterialswhichfittedminingrequirementsindiferenttemperaturerangesweredetermined.Consideringengineeringpracticeformagnetiteinnorthernpart,whole—tailingsoftheminewereselectedasfillingaggregate.Anewcementingmaterialsu
4、ppliedbyauniversitywasselectedasbinder.Basedonthemethodoforthogonaltest,theoptimizationexperimentofbackfillmaterialswasperformed.Sensitivitiesofthefourindicatorstothethreefactorswereobtained.Thefourindicatorswerecompressivestrength,bleedingrate,collapsingslumpan
5、dinitialsettingtime.Changingtrendsofindicatorswithfactorswerelikewiseidentified.Additionally,themostoptimalcompositionwasobservedinthisstudy.Theresultsdemonstratedthatcompressivestrengthcanbeimprovedandshortentheinitialsettingtimebyincreasingcement—to-tailingsma
6、ssratio.Thebleedingrateandcollapsingslumpweremostsensitivetomassfractionofsolidphases.Moreover.thepropertiesofbackfil1materialappearedtobebetterwithgoaftemperatureincreasing.Whenthetemperaturewerearound10℃and20℃.optimalproportionwasthatcement—to-tailingsmassrati
7、owas1:6andmassfractionofsolidphaseswasaround70%.Whenthetemperaturewasapproximately30℃.optimalproportionofbackfillmaterialspresentedwithcement—to’tailingsmassratioabout1:8andmassfractionofsolidphasesaround72%.Itcanbeconcludedthatapplyingdiferentparametersunderdif
