1、医眼·249·实验研究·归芍地黄汤联合经瞳孔温热疗法抑制CNV的初步实验研究刘安曹明芳金威尔【摘要】目的探讨归芍地黄汤、经瞳孔温热疗法(rITrr)治疗脉络膜新生血管的作用。方法建立CNV动物模型.运用归芍地黄汤及1]治疗,设立正常对照组、阴性对照组、1][YI’治疗组、中药治疗组、中药联合Trr治疗组.于造模后4周、8周行FFA检查及OCT检查,于造模后8周行HE及电镜检查。结果造模后4周.FFA检查可见CNV的渗漏,OCT检查可见CNV。造模后8周,FFA检查显示中药联合rr治疗组CNV渗漏减轻最显著,OC
