2、2010)16．0108．02证型：ADI【摘要】目的：观察社区医护人员健康教育及其指导下的功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症愈后复发的影响。方法：将经综合康复治疗达，J岳床痊愈出院的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各5O例。观察组出院后由社区医护人员对其定期进行健康教育，并指导与督促其坚持功能锻炼，对照组仅在出院时进行相应的健康教育。观察两组在2年内的复发率。结果：观察组与对照组各50例患者中分别有3例及5例失访。观察组47例中2年内复发者有8例，复发率17．02％，对照组45例复发23例，复发率为5

3、1．11％，两组复发率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)，观察组复发率低于对照组。结论：社区医护人员健康教育及其指导下的功能锻炼对预防腰椎间盘突出症愈后复发具有积极作用。【关键词】腰椎间盘突出症；复发；健康教育；功能锻炼[Abstract]Obiective：Toobservetheinfluenceofcommunityhealtheducationandfunctionalexerciseundertheguidanceofmedicalcareworkersupontherecurrenceoflumba
