1、囝2015_No_7搏知饲料工eEREAL&FEEDlNDUS下ydoi:10.7633/j.issn.1003—6202.2015.07.015发酵菜籽饼在生长肥育猪日粮中的应用研究吴东,钱坤,徐鑫。,李吕木。,周学利(1.安徽省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所,安徽合肥230031;2.安徽农业大学动物科技学院,安徽合肥230036)摘要:研究试验日粮采用发酵菜籽饼等能等蛋白替代豆粕对生长肥育猪的应用效果。对照组饲喂基础日粮;生长阶段:I组发酵菜籽饼替代3O豆粕,Ⅱ组发酵菜籽饼替代60豆粕;育肥阶段:I组发酵菜籽饼替代5O豆粕,Ⅱ组发酵菜籽饼替代100豆粕。分别考察两阶段猪的生长性能
2、、血清生化指标和肠道茵群变化。生长阶段发酵菜籽饼替代3o豆粕和育肥阶段发酵菜籽饼替代5O%豆粕对猪的生长性能无不良影响,改善了机体蛋白质和糖代谢及肠道菌群组成,促进机体生长发育。采用混茵发酵菜籽饼能够有效改善菜籽饼的饲用品质,提高了菜籽饼在日粮中的添加比例,但适宜的添加比例有待进一步研究。关键词:发酵菜籽饼;生长肥育猪;生长性能;血清生化指标;肠道菌群中图分类号:$816.6;$828文献标志码:A文章编号:1003—6202(2015)07—0056—05Applicationoffermentedrapeseedcakeingrowing-finishingpigsdietW
