2、载体简介：DescriptionpLVX-PuroisanHIV-1-based,lentiviralexpressionvector.Lentiviralparticlesderivedfromthevectorallowyoutoexpressyourgeneofinterestinvirtuallyanycelltype,evenprimarycells.Expressionofyourgeneisdrivenbytheconstitutivelyactivehumancytomegalovirusimmediateearlypromoter(PCMVIE),lo
3、catedjustupstreamofthemultiplecloningsite(MCS),allowingconstitutive,highlevelexpressionofyourproteinofinterest.pLVX-Purocontainsalloftheviralprocessingelementsnecessaryfortheproductionofreplication-incompetentlentivirus,aswellaselementstoimproveviraltiter,transgeneexpression,andoverallve
4、ctorfunction.Thewoodchuckhepatitisvirusposttranscriptionalregulatoryelement(WPRE)promotesRNAprocessingeventsandenhancesnuclearexportofviralandtransgeneRNA(1),leadingtoincreasedviraltitersfrompackagingcells,andenhancedexpressionofyourgeneofinterestintargetcells.Inaddition,thevectorinclude
