3、ttime.andmanyexpertsathomeandabroadpaymoreattentiontoitforitsexcellentproperties.Theexperimentsa坞donefi'omthefourmainparts鹪follow:(1)First,the∞枷锄conditionswhichaffectthesynthesisofphenolicresinarediscussedbyorthogonalandsin#efactorexperiments,andtheoptimumconditionsRreobtained:

6、sinsandcorerthentheoptimumcontentofallfectomisconfmned.Theresultshow:whenresincontentis3.O%.alkalicontentis20%,curedagentcontentRsaltis20%~22%,andcouplingagentcontentisO.8%.thestrengthofsandcoreishighest.TheinfluenceofC02blowingtimeandblowrateandhumidityandkeepingtimeofsandcore
7、eteoncompressivestrengthofsandcO∞黜discussedfurther.Theresultsshow:whentheblowingtimeislOOsandtheblowrateisO.65mJ/h,thestrengthishigher.Humidityandkeepingtimeofsandcorehavesmallinfluenceonthemengthofsandcore.Theresearchonphenolformaldehyderesinwhichmodifiedbyacrylicacid、acidanhy
