1、第40卷,第2期公路工程Vo1.40,No.22015年4月HighwayEngineeringApr.,2015废玻璃对排水沥青混合料路用性能影响研究陈永志(重庆水利电力职业技术学院,重庆402160)[摘要]先评估玻璃砂和天然细粒料的特性差异,接着以不同比例的玻璃砂来取代排水混合料中细粒料部分,探讨其在工程性质上的表现和影响。玻璃砂相较于天然细粒料,吸水率低且比重略小,取代排水混合料中细粒料部分时会有较厚的沥青薄膜厚度,增加其抗磨耗表现;但随着添加比例上升,对于孔隙率及排水能力虽然影响不大,但都有略为下降趋势
2、。表面纹理平滑使得玻璃砂取代越多,稳定度会略微降低。此外玻璃多角的特性,提供混合料在抗拉强度上有较佳表现。另外从回弹模量和流值以及车辙试验得知,玻璃砂会使得排水混合料有较高的变形量,增加其塑性,防止裂缝及龟裂产生。抗水侵害能力方面,在水侵害初期添加玻璃比例越多,剥脱情形会较严重;但随浸水天数拉长,有无添加玻璃砂的混合料的强度损失率已差异很小。综合各项试验评估,应用玻璃砂于排水混合料中,建议玻璃砂最适当的取代量为5%左右。[关键词】废玻璃砂;排水沥青混凝土;资源利用;环保[中图分类号】U414.1[文献标识码】A[
