1、·358‘现代中西医结合杂志ModernJournalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedi(:ine2014Feb,23(4)参芎葡萄糖注射液活血化瘀及耐缺氧效应研究王姗姗.刘艳红(湖北医药学院附属人民医院,湖北十堰442000)[摘要]目的研究参芎葡萄糖注射液活血化瘀及耐缺氧效应,为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法用注射肾上腺素并附加冰浴的方法复制大鼠血瘀模型,比较参芎葡萄糖注射液中低、中、高剂量组与模型组血液流变学变化。采用常压耐缺氧法,考察参芎葡萄糖注射液的耐缺氧效应。结果模型组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积明显提
