3、ncancerdetectionhasbeingsecondonlytocardiovasculardiseases.Becauseofthebeencontroversiallargelybecausenosingletumormarkerislackofeffectivetherapytocurelatestagecancers,tumorsensitiveandspecificenoughtomeetstrictdiagnosticcriteria.Onescreeningisbyfartheb
4、estwaytodetectcancersearlystrategytoovercometheshortcomingsofsingletumormarkersisenoughtoimprovetheprognosisofcancerpatients.Image-tomeasureacombinationoftumormarkerstoincreasesensitivitybasedtechnologiessuchascomputedtomography(CT)scanandlookfordistinc
5、tpatternstoincreasespecificity.Thisstudyarethemostcommonlyusedmeansforcancerdetection.aimedtodevelopasystemforparalleldetectionoftumormarkersHowever,suchdevicesaretooexpensiveandinconvenientasatoolfortumordetectioninbothcancerpatientsandtooperateinscree
6、ninglargepopulations,especiallyinasymptomaticpopulationsathighrisk.MaterialsandMethods:developingcountries.TheyalsorequiretumorstogrowtoAproteinchipwasfabricatedwithtwelvemonoclonalantibodiesdetectablesize.Examinationoftumormarkershaslongagainstthefollo
7、wingtumormarkersrespectively:CA125,CA15-beensoughtasanothermeansforcancerscreeningbecause3,CA19-9,CA242,CEA,AFP,PSA,free-PSA,HGH,‚-HCG,ofthenon-invasivenatureandeaseofusage.NSEandferritin.TumormarkerswerecapturedaftertheproteinTumormarkersrefertosubstan
