1、山东医药2008年第48卷第32期血管回声跟踪技术检测高脂血症及冠心病患者颈动脉僵硬度的研究1213郭晓霞,赵宝珍,温朝阳(1中国人民解放军总医院,北京100853;2第二军医大学长海医院)[摘要]目的运用超声回声跟踪技术(ET)评估高脂血症和冠心病患者颈动脉僵硬度并分析其与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者48例、门诊查体诊断的高脂血症患者39例以及正常人61例,进行颈动脉超声检查,采用ET技术检测弹性系数(Eρ)、僵硬度(β)和顺应性(AC)等动脉僵硬度指标,测量颈动脉IMT。结
2、果冠心病患者颈动脉IMT较正常人明显增厚,高脂血症患者IMT均数大于正常人,但无显著性差异;Eρ、β值从大到小依次为冠心病组、高脂血症组、正常对照组,AC值从大到小依次为正常对照组、高脂血症组、冠心病组,各组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Eρ、β值与IMT呈明显正相关,AC值与IMT呈明显负相关。结论尽管单纯高脂血症患者无明显临床症状,但和冠心病者一样,动脉僵硬度已有明显增加;ET可以对早期动脉僵硬度变化做出有效的评价,较形态学指标IMT对早期动脉僵硬度的改变更加敏感。[关键词]回声跟踪技术;冠状动脉疾病;
