1、医学影像学杂志2009年第19卷第9期JMedImagingVol.19No.92009血管回声跟踪技术评价单纯老年人高血压患者颈动脉弹性张海平,王小花,詹坤高,赵淑丹,黄品同(温州医学院附属第二医院超声科浙江温州325027)【摘要】目的:利用血管回声跟踪技术(echo2tracking,ET)评价单纯老年人高血压患者颈总动脉弹性。方法:选择老年人单纯高血压患者60例作为病例组,健康同龄志愿者50例作为对照组;对受试者双侧颈总动脉行ET检测,获得颈总动脉僵硬度参数:硬度指数(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Eρ)、动脉顺应性(AC)和脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),
2、两组间对比,并不同级别高血压组之间作对比。结果:与对照组相比病例组β,Eρ和PWVβ明显升高(P<0.05),AC显著减低(P<0.05),高血压患者组内比较,3级者β、Eρ和PWVβ较1级者明显升高(P<0.05),1、2级者上述参数未见显著差异,AC参数高血压组内比较未见显著差异。结论:单纯老年人高血压使大动脉僵硬度显著增加,且僵硬度随着高血压级别升高有显著增加,用ET技术能准确显示此种变化,并能够量化此种病变。【关键词】血管回声跟踪技术;高血压;颈动脉;僵硬度中图分类号:R543;R445.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-9011(2009)09
