2、效果和对金属的腐蚀性进行了测试。结果:在悬液定量杀菌试验中,聚六亚甲基双胍复方消毒剂含500mg/L盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍的稀释液,作用1.0min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均达5.00以上;对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值大于4.00。该药含杀菌作用随消毒剂浓度增加、作用时间的延长而增强。以棉签蘸原药液擦拭消毒作用23min,对受试者手和皮肤上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值分别为1.40、1.18,残留菌数均≤5cfu/cm。以其原液擦拭消毒木质表面,作用30min,可使表面自然菌的平均对数值下降1.99;用其原液浸泡黄瓜,作用30min,可使表面污
