1、甘麦大枣汤联合天王补心丹治疗乳腺癌类围绝经期综合征的临床效果观察［摘要］目的观察廿麦大枣汤联合天王补心丹治疗乳腺癌类I韦I绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选择本科收治的72例乳腺癌类围绝经期综合征患者，随机分为甘麦大枣汤联合天王补心丹治疗组（观察组）及内分泌基础治疗组（对照组），观察两组的症状积分、生活质量积分、E2及FSH水平,进行安全性评价。结果治疗前，两组的相关观察指标比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组的症状积分、FSH水平低于对照组,生活质量积分、E2水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（PC0.05）；两组均未出现异常及不良反应。结论甘麦大枣汤联合天王补心丹

7、assperimenopausalsyndrome；TraditionalChinesemedicine乳腺癌属于最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤，是导致妇女死亡的主要原因之一，随肴医疗技术的不断进步，乳腺癌发病率呈不断上升趋势，内分泌治疗以其可降低雌激素水平、改善内分泌环境、降低复发率而在乳腺癌治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用，但长时间应用该治疗措施可诱发如潮热汗出、心悸失眠、腰膝酸软、烦躁易怒、月经不调筹类围绝经期综合征症状[1-2],严重影响患者生活质量，口长期服药易导致患者的依从性差而影响疗效，故而探
