1、专题·诵态分惦WesternJournalofTraditionalChineseMediciVol26No．12———～——～——⋯不叼尿周不导惠老小卯池拂卯的碉关周东和、1，医体旋调查冰杨慧珊，朱蕊，廖飞燕珠海市妇幼保健院，广东珠海519000[摘要]目的：调查小卵泡排卵患者心理、生活中的各种因素与疾病发生的相关性和中医体质类型分布。方法：采用临床心理评定量表中的90种症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活事件量表(LES)以及中医体质量表对1O0例患者进行问卷调查，探讨疾病发生的心理、生活相关因素以及中医体质分布情况。结果：小卵泡排卵患者SCL一90测评与常模比较躯体化、强迫

2、症状方面存在显著性差异(P<0．O1)，在敌对方面存在差异(P<0．05)；LES调查显示困扰小卵泡排卵患者最大的生活事件为家庭有关问题，其次为工作学习问题以及社交与其他问题；小卵泡排卵患者的偏颇体质分布从高到低分别是气郁质(18％)、痰湿质(14％)、气虚质(11％)及阴虚质(11％)、特禀质(8％)、湿热质(6％)、瘀血质(4％)、阳虚质(3％)。结论：在临床诊治中，对小卵泡排卵的不孕症患者进行心理咨询和治疗疏导，引导其认识和解决家庭有关问题，减轻敌对情绪和强迫症状，可以起到积极作用；明确小卵泡排卵患者所属的体质类型，并予以相应的饮食、情志调摄、生活指导和中药调理，应该有良
